Terms of Service

Last updated August 30, 2026

By using ClipmakerDJ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app does

ClipmakerDJ analyzes a DJ mix you provide to suggest clip-worthy moments (transitions, drops), lets you trim and adjust those moments, and helps you export the result as short video/audio clips — including, if you connect it, posting a clip you choose directly to your TikTok account.

Your content

You keep ownership of every mix and clip you upload or create. You're responsible for having the right to use, edit, and post the audio you bring into the app — we don't check whether you hold the rights to a track, and using the app doesn't grant you any rights to music you don't already have.

Connected accounts

If you connect TikTok, you're authorizing ClipmakerDJ to post clips to that account only when you explicitly choose to send one — never on a schedule, and never without you clicking the button that does it. You can revoke that access at any time from your profile page or from TikTok's own account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to post content that isn't yours to post, to abuse or overload the service, or to violate the terms of any platform you connect through it (e.g. TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to anything posted there).

No warranty

ClipmakerDJ is provided as-is. Detection is a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee — you're expected to review clips before exporting or posting them. We're not liable for how a posted clip performs, gets moderated, or is received on any platform.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
